Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection ($4.99) is added in your cart and covers your parcel while it's in transit. If a protected parcel is lost or stolen — including a parcel marked delivered that never reached you — we'll reship your order free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we'll refund it instead. You can switch it off in the cart before checkout.
To make a claim, email info@maelxo.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest expected delivery date) with your order number. For a parcel marked delivered that you didn't receive, include a short signed statement saying so. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Arrived damaged? That's covered on every order, protected or not — email us a photo of the item and packaging and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).
Without Shipping Protection we'll still chase the carrier for you, but we can't replace a parcel that tracking shows as delivered.

Every piece in the Riviera Knit Edit is knitted from a stretch yarn, so a single size covers a generous range. Choose the size your relaxed bust measurement falls into. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger.

- Every style is sleeveless, pull-on and unlined — there are no zips or closures to size around.
- The Colette is a dense jacquard and fully opaque. The Oceane, Margaux, Simone and Amelie are open-gauge knits and semi-sheer over the body.
- Knit relaxes slightly with wear and returns to shape after washing. Reshape while damp and dry flat.
