Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipping — this is normal while the parcel moves between facilities.

Depending on your country, customs or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@maelxo.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
