Where do I find my tracking number?

My tracking isn't updating — is something wrong?

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipping. This is normal while the parcel moves between facilities. If nothing changes for several days, email info@maelxo.com and we'll look into it for you.

I entered the wrong address — what now?

Contact us immediately at info@maelxo.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it's on its way, we can't guarantee changes.
